Transaero creditors to meet first on September 6

MOSCOW, Aug 16 (PRIME) -- The first meeting of creditors of Transaero airline, which is undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, will take place in St Petersburg on September 6, as seen by PRIME in materials of the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information on Wednesday.

Creditors may get familiar with materials prepared by the interim administration by appointment from August 29 to September 5.

Transaero failed to service 250 billion rubles worth of debt and its air operator certificate was recalled in 2015. VTB Bank, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, the Federal Tax Service, as well as the airline itself earlier filed for the company’s bankruptcy.
